The opportunity

The Digital Strategies Team Member will be a key contributor within the IT R&D Digital Strategies team, working closely with R&D Stakeholders (SHMs) and Digital Leads, across R&D functional areas.
This role is designed to bridge the gap between business needs and technology capabilities, with a strong emphasis on data governance, digital enablement, and adoption of solutions and new ways of working.

How you’ll spend your day


Best Practices Digital Industry BA

  • Gather the business requirements and design effectively the proper digital solutions

  • Help define best practices for developing apps within an agile environment (i.e. visualizations)

  • Creating a reusable “cookbook” that we can leverage each time we work with different functional areas to build their unit’s app.

  • Challenging the business on these new app design concepts
