Overview

The Business Development Associate (BDA) is responsible for the delivery of all the non-client/prospect facing tasks of the other teams in the Business Development Department. This covers a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks which are intended for these other teams to spend time more time in front of prospective and client securing more business for TRT.

Key Deliverables

  1. Compliance with TRT Policies
  2. Data Encoding – covers to key areas pre-sales and post sales:
    • Data Extraction from Corporate Contact Databases.
    • Review with current TRT Client Relationship Database.
    • Input additional contacts into the TRT CRM.
  3. Post Sales – Supporting Client Account Managers (CAM)s
    • Adding new device in the TRT Client Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
    • Updating Serial Numbers, Coverage Levels.
    • Renewal, expiry dates of device coverage.
  4. Client Accreditation
    • Preparation of Documents for Client and or third-party accreditation.
    • Upload/mailing of documents into Client and third-party portals.
    • Storing of all accreditation documents into client/third party TRT CRM record.
  5. Updating Internal Knowledge Base (KB)
    • Update existing internal TRT client based (WIKI) and Process based (BOSS) KBs.
    • Only under the instruction of the BDA TL or the Director of Business Development (DBD).
  6. Marketing Support
    • Inputting of Digital Media Content
    • Production of marketing collaterals such as business cards and brochures to name a few
    • Company representative in marketing events and meetings
    • Creating and Updating of TRT Proposal templates
