:Johnson Controls is seeking an experienced IT Business Lead for the PTC (Project to Close) functional track. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Oracle Project Management processes, including forecasting, costing, billing, revenue recognition, and project close processes, along with a solid grasp of DevOps methodologies.
The primary responsibility of this role involves leading cross-functional discussions with business users to analyze requirements, articulate solutions, and recommend industry best practices. The successful candidate will also coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and address any integration issues across different platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and reliability.
Implement DevOps practices to streamline development, testing, and deployment processes.
Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and ensure effective project management.
Stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
8-12 years of overall experience in IT business management or a related field.
Proven track record in managing PTC processes within an ERP environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
