Responsibilities

• Manages the relationship with the assigned business/function and serves as the interface between the business and the IT organization on a regional and global basis
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IT infrastructure located in the factory
• Maintain a flexible work schedule to coordinate support during non‑working hours
• Develop Division/Region/function IT strategy and IT budget according to business strategy and alignment with IT governance and impacted CoEs
• Manage ongoing Business relationship management (incl. status and KPI reporting, escalations, budget topics)
• Identify, evaluate and gather business needs and determine solutions to business problems and/or options for improving business systems
