THE ROLE
We are seeking a technically skilled and business-oriented
Solution Architect to join our Corporate IT team. In this hands-on role, you
will design and implement end-to-end IT solutions that support business growth,
operational efficiency, and innovation. You will work closely with business
stakeholders, developers, and the enterprise architecture team to deliver
scalable, integrated, and future-ready solutions—especially in the areas of
business applications, process automation, and AI.
OPPORTUNITIESSolution Design & Implementation: Architect and implement IT solutions that meet business needs while aligning with enterprise architecture standards.
Hands-On Development: Actively contribute to the technical implementation of solutions, including prototyping, configuration, and integration.
Business Application Enablement: Design and support solutions across key business domains, including sales, marketing, customer engagement, and service platforms.
Process Automation: Identify and implement opportunities for automating business processes using modern tools and platforms.
AI Integration: Collaborate on the design and deployment of AI-driven solutions that enhance decision-making, personalization, and operational efficiency.
Architecture Alignment: Ensure all solutions are consistent with the enterprise architecture roadmap and IT strategy.
Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, developers, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless delivery and integration.
Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation for solutions and integrations.Support & Optimization: Provide technical support during and after implementation, and continuously improve system performance and maintainability.
SKILLSYou should have Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in IT solution architecture, software development, or systems integration.
Proven experience with business applications in areas such as CRM, marketing automation, and customer service platforms.
Strong understanding of business process modeling and automation tools (., BPM, RPA platforms).
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their practical application in business contexts.
Proficiency in scripting or programming languages (., Python, JavaScript, C#) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
