Job duties of this IT Business Systems Analyst include: Work directly with business users to understand business objectives, gather detailed requirements, and document these into clear requirements. Work directly with business users to define and document user stories, functional requirements, and business goals related to web applications for technical developers. Recommend and implement strategies to enhance website functionality, user experience, and overall performance. Propose and design technical web applications, including website structure, features, and user flows, to meet business needs. Design reports and dashboards to meet business leaders needs.
