IT Change Analyst

Responsibilities

Review and evaluate change requests to ensure completeness, risk assessment, and business impact analysis.

Ensure changes are correctly categorized, prioritized, and routed for approval.

Coordinate and schedule changes within approved maintenance windows to minimize service disruption.

Track and monitor change implementation and confirm successful completion.

Support post-implementation reviews and document lessons learned.

Ensure adherence to Change Management policies, standards, SLAs, and best practices.

Maintain the accuracy and integrity of CI data within the CMDB.

Assist in defining and maintaining CI classes, attributes, and relationships.

Conduct regular CMDB audits to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
