IT Change Manager - Leading Global Bank (6‑Month Contract)

My client, a leading global bank is looking for an experienced IT Change Manager to oversee the governance and delivery of technology change across a highly regulated financial environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end‑to‑end IT Change Management processes, including standard and emergency changes.
Chair CAB meetings and ensure change risk, impact, and readiness assessments are completed.
Ensure full compliance with regulatory and audit requirements (e.g., PRA/FCA, SOX, PCI‑DSS, DORA).
Track change performance metrics and drive continuous process improvement.
Collaborate closely with IT, Risk, Audit, and DevOps teams.Skills & Experience

Strong experience in IT Change or IT Service Management roles.
Strong ITIL background; ITIL certification preferred.
Experience in regulated environments (banking/FS ideal).
