Job Title: EUC Analyst (IT Communications / End User Engagement/ End User Computing)
Role Summary
We are looking for an EUC Analyst who will act as a bridge between IT teams and end users by communicating IT initiatives, system changes, and technology updates in a clear and user-friendly manner across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Create and execute internal communication strategy for IT initiatives and system changes.
Draft and publish emails, portal content, announcements, and user communications.
Explain IT changes and solutions in simple language for end users.
Collect user feedback and coordinate with system owner teams.
Ensure employees are aware of and understand new IT tools, upgrades, and changes.
Monitor effectiveness of internal communications and improve engagement.
Must Have Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in internal/corporate communications, preferably in IT environment.
