Job Description

Requirements

Must have:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.

5+ years of experience in IT service management, vendor management, or clientfacing IT roles.

ITIL v3 or v4 certification.

Strong understanding of the ITIL framework and service delivery models.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

English proficiency at a minimum B2 level.

Experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow.

Nice to have:

Additional certifications such as COBIT, Scrum, or PMP.

Experience with Confluence, Power BI, or other monitoring and documentation tools.

Background in automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Knowledge in vendor contract management and performance auditing.
