Stefanini LATAM is hiring an IT Client Services Manager to support a large-scale LATAM IT Operations and Service Delivery environment within the healthcare and life sciences industry.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring high-quality IT operational services by acting as a bridge between internal business users, IT teams, and external service providers. The professional will oversee service delivery performance, SLA compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives across the region.
