Job Overview
An Inside Sales Coordinator role at in Mumbai for a non-technical candidate shifts focus to product marketing, channel management, and business operations. This role bridges the gap between IT connectivity hardware (KVM, Pro AV & Firewall) and the Indian market’s sales requirements.
Core Responsibilities
- Product Marketing: This includes creating sales enablement tools like localized catalogues, product FAQs, and marketing one-pagers.
- Market Intelligence & Research: Conduct competitive analysis on rival brands in the IT connectivity and AV space. Track local market trends to identify new opportunities in sectors like government digitization or corporate data centres.
- Channel Partner Coordination: Act as a liaison for Mumbai-based system integrators and distributors, ensuring they have the necessary training materials and marketing support to sell ATEN solutions.
- Operational Support: Maintain product records, manage demo unit inventories for the Mumbai Experience Center, and ensure all marketing collateral is up to date.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for non-technical

Key Skills & Requirements
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree is standard.
- Core Competencies:
- Strong Communication: Ability to translate complex product features into business benefits for non-technical clients.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel for analyzing sales data, market penetration, and competitor pricing.
- Experience: 1–3 years in brand management, channel marketing, or business analysis, preferably within an IT distribution or electronics environment.
- Technology: Sonicwall, PaloAlto, Netskope, KVM Switches
Salary Range - 5 -6 LPA
