Job Description

REQUIRED SKILLS: (Need Majority; 5+ Years)

  • Contract Management or Paralegal experience (5+ years), with emphasis on IT and technology service agreements
  • Negotiating and managing end-to-end contract lifecycles
  • Knowledge of best practices for IT contract negotiation tactics and strategies
  • Ability to determine contractual and financial exposure and negotiate favorable terms

    • Bridging communication between IT and business organizations to structure contracts aligned to business goals

    NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:

  • Knowledge of contracting trends, licensing models, and emerging vendor performance models
  • Strong project and process management skills
  • Experience managing multiple vendors and multiple concurrent contracts
  • Ability to assess contract risk and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with stakeholders
