Note: Candidates with any law degree or working in any legal or law-related field will not be considered. This role is a pure contract manager role, who handles IT contracts between companies.

Must Have

• Contract risk mitigation (legal, financial, business, and security)
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to meet cost savings/reduction goals.
• Familiarity with bid process management/compliance
• Quality contract drafting skills for RFPs, Statement of Work (SOW’s), and Letter of Agreement (LOAs).
• Understanding of contract lifecycle performance management.
• Proficiency in the following software – MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), Agiloft, DocuSign, Adobe Professional, MS ...
