Sircle Collection is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled IT Coordinator to join our centralised European Service Desk team. While you will be physically based in our Barcelona office on Passeig de Gràcia, you will work closely with – and report directly to – our team in Amsterdam, acting as a key member of our Europe‑wide support operation.
This role combines remote support for colleagues across Europe with hands‑on technical assistance for our Barcelona properties.
What You’ll Do- European Service Desk Support (Your Core Mission)
- Resolve tickets remotely for employees across all Sircle Collection locations (Amsterdam, Berlin, Vienna, etc.).
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support, including troubleshooting login issues, software functionality, M365, email setups, and VPN connectivity.
- Contribute to our central Knowledge Base by documenting solutions and sharing insights with the wider IT team. <...
