Job Description
We are seeking a proactive & tech-savvy I.T Coordinator to support and maintain all hotel information technology systems to ensure smooth daily operations, excellent guest experience and secure handling of data. This role provides technical support to hotel departments and coordinates with external vendors to ensure reliable IT services across the property.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily IT support to hotel departments including Front Office, Finance, F&B etc.
- Support and maintain hotel systems such as PMS & POS systems
- Maintain and monitor hotel Wi‑Fi and network connectivity for both guests and staff
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues including computers, printers, servers, switches and mobile devices
- Manage user access permissions and passwords in accordance with hotel security policies
