Wilhelmsen Global Business Services Tech (UAE) is looking for a IT Coordinator AMB & APAC who will be reporting to the IT Manager AMB & APAC.

Responsibilities

• Delivering 2nd Line support for applications network management server management order fulfillment IT governance and security.

• Assisting the 1st Line Support team when identifying recurring issues and automation opportunities and reporting to relevant stakeholders.

• Resolving and following up on incidents escalated within 2nd & 3rd Line Support aligned with ITIL best practices.

• Ordering and securing facilities equipment and supplies for IT services.

• Coordinating with local vendors managing needs and renewal cycles and liaising with stakeholders.
