Overview
A highly structured, enterprise technology organization is seeking a Business Analyst to join a mobile application team supporting customer-facing initiatives. This is a role within an established program, offering long-term stability, visibility to leadership, and the opportunity to influence the roadmap for a widely used mobile platform.

The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and experience supporting technology projects within large, complex environments.

Key Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering and Documentation
* Meet with business and technical stakeholders to understand needs.
* Document and validate requirements and create clear, well-defined user stories with acceptance criteria.
* Build and maintain an actionable backlog for development teams.

Stakeholder Alignment
* Serve as the liaison between technical and business teams.
* Facilitate clarity around objectives, dependencies, and expected outcomes.
* Deliver status updates through presentations, analytics reports, and ad hoc communication.

Backlog and Change Management
* Groom the backlog, refine stories, and track progress.
* Manage requirement changes throughout the project lifecycle.

Scrum Support
* Participate in Agile ceremonies.
* Ensure stories are properly prioritized, sprint-ready, developed, deployed, and tested.

Process Analysis and Improvement
* Evaluate existing processes and identify improvement opportunities.
* Design new workflows or enhancements in collaboration with technical partners.

Prioritization and Planning
* Determine feature and request prioritization based on business value and strategic alignment.

Quality Assurance Interaction
* Partner with QA teams to validate functionality, prioritize bugs, and support testing.
* Conduct basic independent validation of features.

Technical Awareness
* Familiarity with Angular/Ionic frameworks is helpful.
* Ability to read architecture diagrams and understand basic data patterns is preferred.
* Working knowledge of APIs, including GET/POST concepts and payload examples, is advantageous.

First 90-Day Deliverables
* Gain familiarity with the customer base, application functionality, stakeholders, and technical team members.
* Deliver status presentations, analytics summaries, and user stories supporting 2026 roadmap features.

Qualifications
Experience
* One year or more of experience in business analysis, technology consulting, PMO support, or mobile application projects is preferred.
