Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first internal IT hire, supporting a growing organization with a blend of desktop support and data analysis/reporting responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day technical support for end users, including: Setting up and configuring new workstations Troubleshooting hardware issues (monitors, desktops, peripherals) Adding, disabling, and managing user accounts
  • Assist with data cleanup and organization, particularly when onboarding data from newly acquired assets or entities
  • Support SQL databases and help extract, clean, and analyze data as needed
  • Create and maintain ad hoc reports to support business operations and leadership decision-making
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to help define and evolve IT and data processes as the business grows
  • Work independently in a flexible environment, taking ownership of tasks and priorities
