Must-Have
- Strong English Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent leadership and customer service skills.
- Should have good experience in handling and managing Application Packaging and End user Support teams
- Should have knowledge on basic desktop / laptop issues, printer, AD, Exchange, Hardware issues etc..
- Hands on tools like SCCM, Intune, Aternity and ServiceNow
- Should have working knowledge of Active Directory, Office365, Desktop / Laptop / OS / VPN / VDI troubleshooting.
- Remain organized and meet deadlines.
- Good knowledge of ITIL Life Cycle phases – Mandatory
Good-to-Have
- Project Management (PMP) Certification
- MCP & ITIL Foundation / Intermediate Certification
- Agile E0 / E1 Certification
