Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

  • Strong English Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent leadership and customer service skills.
  • Should have good experience in handling and managing Application Packaging and End user Support teams
  • Should have knowledge on basic desktop / laptop issues, printer, AD, Exchange, Hardware issues etc..
  • Hands on tools like SCCM, Intune, Aternity and ServiceNow
  • Should have working knowledge of Active Directory, Office365, Desktop / Laptop / OS / VPN / VDI troubleshooting.
  • Remain organized and meet deadlines.
  • Good knowledge of ITIL Life Cycle phases – Mandatory

Good-to-Have

  • Project Management (PMP) Certification
  • MCP & ITIL Foundation / Intermediate Certification
  • Agile E0 / E1 Certification
