Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support for end users, including laptops, desktops, Chromebooks, and mobile devices.
- Support BlackBerry mobile users by managing device configuration, activation, and issue resolution.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and support peripherals such as printers, scanners, and banking devices, including CashPro equipment.
- Perform application support and resolve software-related issues across enterprise systems.
- Manage data center activities, including physical hardware checks, cabling, server support, and hands-on operational tasks as required.
- Handle ITSM tickets using tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy, ensuring timely resolution and strict SLA compliance.
- Collaborate with global IT teams through MS Teams, Webex, and Skype for Business.
