Key Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced technical support for end users, including laptops, desktops, Chromebooks, and mobile devices.
  • Support BlackBerry mobile users by managing device configuration, activation, and issue resolution.
  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and support peripherals such as printers, scanners, and banking devices, including CashPro equipment.
  • Perform application support and resolve software-related issues across enterprise systems.
  • Manage data center activities, including physical hardware checks, cabling, server support, and hands-on operational tasks as required.
  • Handle ITSM tickets using tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy, ensuring timely resolution and strict SLA compliance.
  • Collaborate with global IT teams through MS Teams, Webex, and Skype for Business.
