About the Role

As an IT Desktop Support Engineer at Wren Kitchens, you’ll deliver professional, customer-focused technical support across our head office, retail showrooms, and remote locations. The role involves both on‑site and remote support, resolving technical issues across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and networking equipment. You’ll work closely with IT and business teams to ensure system reliability, performance, and continuous improvement.
