What You Will Do

  • Provide onsite technical support as first point of contact for end users experiencing hardware, software, network, or peripheral issues on desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and other equipment.
  • Device setup, deployment, and maintenance: configure, image, and deploy desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals; perform asset management including stock tracking, serial/asset tag collection, and shipment preparation.
