Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and skilled professional to provide day-to-day local and remote desktop support. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, and application issues in a ticketing system. Additionally, they will facilitate customer resolution by engaging supervisors and managers to ensure operational consistency across all shifts within the IT Support Center.
