We're looking for an experienced IT DevOps Engineer to join our team in Bogotá - Colombia. In this role, you'll act as a key liaison between cloud architects, regional/local IT teams, and business stakeholders—supporting the modernization of applications for cloud-based deployments and modern authentication.
What You'll Do
Configure and install servers and software.
Monitor and manage server, network, and storage performance.
Respond to alarms and incidents across infrastructure layers.
Collaborate with server, storage, workstation, and application teams with a focus on security compliance.
Create and maintain server/network documentation, processes, and procedures.
Manage Office365, Teams, and SharePoint setup, security, and monitoring.
Support reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

2+ years of hands-on experience in complex IT environments.
