About the Role

The IT Director is responsible for leading and scaling enterprise IT operations across multiple sites in a BPO or shared services environment. This role drives technology strategy, operational resilience, and security to support business growth, client delivery, and 24/7 operations. As a senior leader and trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, the IT Director ensures IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and end-user services are reliable, compliant, and aligned with both internal business objectives and client contractual requirements.
