What success looks like in this role:

Role Summary

Responsible for maintaining, executing, and improving IT disaster recovery plans , coordinating DR testing, and acting as a key liaison between IT teams, business stakeholders, and senior DR leadership.

1. Disaster Recovery Planning

  • Maintain and update IT disaster recovery plans
  • Ensure plans reflect:Current infrastructure and applicationsCloud, on‑prem, and hybrid environments
  • Validate plan accuracy through regular reviews
  • Maintain and track:System‑level RTO and RPO
  • Identify gaps between recovery targets and technical capability
  • Escalate risks and misalignments to senior leadership
