<p style="margin-bottom:11px"><b>Job Title: IT Endpoint Process Engineer<br /> <br /> Location: Remote<br /> <br /> Job Type: Contract</b></p> <p style="margin-bottom:11px"><b>An IT Endpoint Process Engineer</b>, to optimize the processes for managing end-user devices (laptops, desktop, monitors and mobile phones, etc.), focusing on provision-ing, deployment, and lifecycle. Key responsibilities include developing automation, managing endpoints and creating standards and documentation for support teams, bridging traditional process engineering with endpoint management.</p> <p style="margin-bottom:11px"><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p> <ul> <li>Design & Optimization: Engineer and refine processes for device provisioning, imaging, configuration (baselines), and retirement and disposal.</li> <li>Lifecycle Management: Oversee device inventory,</li> <li>Process Optimization: Analyse existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to increase productivity and reduce waste.</li> <li>Data & Simulation: Use process simulations and interpret plant/lab data to evaluate performance and troubleshoot issues.</li> <li>Documentation: Create and maintain technical documents, process flow diagrams (P&IDs), and best practice guidelines.</li> <li>Safety & Compliance: Ensure processes meet safety standards and environmental regulations, creating safety guidelines,</li> <li>Automation: Develop scripts and automated workflows for routine tasks, compliance checks, and incident response.</li> <li>Data & Simulation: Use process simulations and interpret plant/lab data to evaluate performance and troubleshoot issues.</li> <li>Documentation: Create and maintain technical documents, process flow diagrams (P&IDs), and best practice guidelines.</li> <li>Safety & Compliance: Ensure processes meet safety standards and environmental regulations, creating safety guidelines.</li> <li>Automation: Develop scripts and automated workflows for routine tasks, compliance checks, and incident response. Policy & Standards: Align with technical standards, procedures, and documentation for IT support and end-users.</li> <li style="margin-bottom:11px">Collaboration: Work with suppliers, and support teams to ensure seamless operations and integration.</li> </ul> <p style="margin-bottom:11px"><b>Core Skills & Qualifications:</b></p> <ul> <li>Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Service Now.</li> <li>Process Focus: Strong understanding of process improvement, automation, and lifecycle management.</li> <li>Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical skills for troubleshooting and root cause analysis.</li> <li style="margin-bottom:11px">.
