IT Engineer Application – Global Markets

The candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in information systems.

General Expectation

• Monitor and maintain the health and performance of the GoldenSource SaaS application
• Oversee daily operational activities, including data ingestion, validation, and distribution to downstream systems.
• Manage and resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with GoldenSource support for escalations.
• Coordinate and validate change requests (CRs) and releases, ensuring proper documentation and communication.
• Implement and monitor automated data quality checks and reconciliation processes.
• Maintain compliance with internal ITSM, ORAP, and business continuity protocols.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the bank and GoldenSource for operational matters.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders (e.g., GMO, MRM, Finance) to align operational workflows with business needs.
