A vital role in an exciting New Cairo R&D site supporting the IT needs of engineers, scientists, HR etc. locally and extending support to Europe as well
Act as the IT point of contact to support desk side technology
Perform analysis, diagnosis and resolution of IT issues for end users
Install, test and maintain software and IT equipment such as laptops, video conference equipment, network devices, printers and peripheral devices
What kind of person we are looking for?
You should be a great problem solver with an appetite to expand your skills whilst making your customers happy.
Positive and forward thinking attitude, ability to multitask and adjust to fast changing and developing environment.
A great team player, but also happy to work autonomously.
Good written and verbal Arabic & English communication skills are a must.RequirementAdditional required skills:
