IT Engineer

General Description
As a Technology Specialist in the IT Managed Services team, you are responsible for
maintaining and improving the technology environment at the client offices. You will
provide end user desktop support and server/network support as well as working closely
together with the Project Manager on various technology projects.

Key Skills

• Strong knowledge in Desktop and Server computing (Microsoft platforms- Office,
  Outlook, Exchange), handheld devices such as iPhone
• Experience in the following would be advantageous: Market data systems
  (Bloomberg, Reuters), Voice systems (Avaya, Cisco, Nortel, VoIP). Server room
  patching
• Industry certifications would be an advantage (MCSA/MCSE, CCNA)
• Required to have strong network understanding (LAN and WAN)
