End-User Computing (EUC) IT Infrastructure Analyst - Windows & Virtualization

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
5–7 years of experience in IT infrastructure analysis and support.
Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, networking, M365, virtualization, and storage systems.
Expertise in virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware or Hyper-V) and managing SSL/TLS certificates.
Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure).
Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving complex IT infrastructure issues.
