Designation: IT Engineer

Location: Moti Khavdi, Jamnagar, Gujarat

Industry: Industrial Contracting (Reliance & Nayara Energy Projects)

Experience: 3–4 Years

Salary: 30,000 – 40,000 per month (Negotiable as per experience)


About the Organization:


A reputed and technically driven contracting firm engaged in mechanical, civil, and infrastructure support work for large-scale projects at Reliance Industries Ltd. and Nayara Energy Ltd. in Jamnagar. The company manages field operations and technical support systems for smooth project execution across plant and port sites.


About the Role:


As an IT Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and supporting IT infrastructure and technical systems across project offices and job sites. You will ensure that all hardware, software, networking, and security components are effectively functioning, supporting day-to-day operations within an industrial environment.


Key Role Objectives:




  • Manage, troubleshoot, and maintain IT systems including desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices




  • Install and configure operating systems, software, and business applications




  • Monitor and manage LAN/WAN, internet connectivity, and CCTV systems




  • Coordinate with external vendors for system upgrades, AMC support, and equipment procurement




  • Handle basic server administration, backup systems, and antivirus updates




  • Maintain IT inventory and documentation for auditing purposes




  • Ensure data security, access control, and user support for technical issues




  • Provide onsite IT support at Reliance and Nayara project locations




Basic Requirements:




  • Qualification: BCA, BSc IT, BE/B.Tech in Computer Science or related IT field




  • Experience: Minimum 3–4 years of experience in IT support, preferably in industrial/contract site environments




  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, networking, and hardware troubleshooting




  • Experience with CCTV, biometric devices, and printer configuration




  • Excellent problem-solving skills and communication ability




  • Must be willing to work full-time from Moti Khavdi, Jamnagar
