Overview

Provide on-site and remote IT support, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting for internal and customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on deployment of IT equipment, including PCs, servers, network devices, LAN cabling, patch panels, and racks.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network, server, and basic cloud/hybrid infrastructure.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues; manage equipment replacement, vendor RMA, and issue escalation.
• Implement endpoint security, access controls, firewall policies, backups, and maintain technical documentation and asset records.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver IT solutions.
• Scope of responsibilities may change based on organizational needs.
