This individual will also mentor and provide guidance to other team members as needed. </li> </ul> <div><b>Responsibilities:</b></div> <div> </div> <div><b>Planning (50%)</b></div> <ul> <li>Define and drive technology strategy at the project and enterprise levels.</li> <li>Lead the development and implementation of coding standards.</li> <li>Collaborate with IT leadership on long-term technology initiatives.</li> <li>Evaluate and integrate new technologies into existing systems.</li> <li>Lead cross-functional teams in strategic planning and execution.</li> </ul> <div><b>System Operations (15%)</b></div> <ul> <li>Design and implement proactive monitoring solutions.</li> <li>Lead efforts to automate routine support tasks.</li> <li>Act as a liaison between support and development teams.</li> <li>Develop and deliver advanced technical training for the team.</li> <li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives in support processes.</li> </ul> <div><b>System Design & Integration (25%)</b></div> <ul> <li>Manage and lead large-scale development projects.</li> <li>Define and implement enterprise-wide coding standards.</li> <li>Evaluate and integrate new technologies into existing systems.</li> <li>Provide technical expertise in solving complex problems.</li> </ul> <div><b>Mentor (10%)</b></div> <ul> <li>Mentor colleagues and junior developers in providing technical strategy.</li> <li>Enable and guide cross-functional learning and collaboration.</li> </ul> <div><b>Qualifications:</b></div> <div><br /> <b>Knowledge/Skill Requirements:</b></div> <ul> <li>ServiceNow expertise implementing ITSM, ITOM, ITAM (Incident, Change, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Service Portal, Mobile, etc).</li> <li>ServiceNow expertise with HRSD, CSM, or SPM is a plus.</li> <li>ServiceNow expertise developing service catalog items and custom applications.</li> <li>ServiceNow experience integrating with third-party applications such as Jira, Workday, Oracle, using Integration Hub and RESTful implementations.</li> <li>ServiceNow experience with IDP solutions (LDAP, SSO, SAML).</li> <li>ServiceNow experience creating/maintaining a secure UI and data environment (ACLs, business rules, UI policies, data policies, client scripts, etc).</li> <li>Understanding of ServiceNow AI capabilities like NowAssist, GenAI, etc.</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.</li> <li>Excellent understanding of web technologies like REST, HTTP Verbs, DOM, Web security, OAuth, etc.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience driving change within an organization and supporting complex technical projects.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to manage priorities, context switches, and make efficient use of shared resources.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with user-centered, iterative design and development processes.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience and business concepts to a technical audience.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to identify risk and escalate issues appropriately.</li> <li>Strong proficiency in JavaScript / ES6, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.</li> <li>Experience in high-level programming languages, such as Java, Python, JavaScript, Perl, etc.</li> <li>Experience with RDBMS such as SQL Server, MySQL/MariaDB, PostGreSQL.</li> <li>Experience with ETL patterns and practices for integrating data streams and migrating data.</li> <li>Experience presenting to all levels of users (internal and external) in English.</li> <li>Experience implementing a ServiceNow module from inception to Go Live.</li> </ul> <div><b>Education/Experience Requirements:</b></div> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems analysis, or a related technical field, or 12+ years of experience in IT enterprise software development in lieu of a degree.</li> <li>8+ years of experience in IT enterprise software development.</li> </ul> <div><b>Other Requirements:</b></div> <ul> <li>Foundations Course (required).</li> <li>Product certification (preferred).</li> </ul> <div><b>Experience Required:</b></div> <ul> <li>9+ Years</li> </ul> <div> <div><b>TekWissen Group is an equal opportunity employer supporting workforce diversity.</b></div> </div> </div> <div> <div> </div> </div> </div>
