Job Description

Role and Responsibilities -

  • Work closely with client and vendors on back end of CCTV setup.
  • CCTV backend router setup, knowledge of configuration of NVR, basic router configuration (Huawei), basic networking.
  • Email setup based on microsoft Apps
  • Generate reports, maintain dashboards, workflow update, track vendor productivity, vendor system, software and hardware requisition.
  • Reports to Operation Managers.
  • Ensure that team members are fully briefed on new information within agreed time frame in order to effectively carry out their role.
  • Work closely with the Client to manage high priority cases.
  • Manage the productivity, performance and service quality of the Contact Centre team.
  • Work with respective stakeholders to ensure that all information is being cascaded accurately.
