Job Description
Provide day-to-day IT support to users (hardware, software, network, email, systems).
Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot computers, printers, servers, and IT equipment.
Manage user accounts, access rights, and basic system administration.
Monitor and maintain network security, antivirus, backups, and data protection.
Liaise with IT vendors and service providers for system support and maintenance.
Assist in IT projects, system upgrades, audits, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures.
Maintain IT inventory, licenses, and asset records.
Provide timely support and resolve IT issues efficiently.
