Job Description

Job Description: We are looking for an IT Executive to manage and support the company’s IT systems and infrastructure. The role includes maintaining hardware and software, providing technical support to staff, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for computers, printers, email and network issues
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software
• Monitor and maintain IT systems and servers
• Assist in maintaining IT asset inventory
• Follow IT security guidelines and ensure proper handling of company data
• Assist to testing In-House system from time to time
• May be required to remain on standby and provide support outside of regular office hours, as needed
