We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Executive to manage and support the organization’s IT infrastructure, systems, and end-user computing needs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IT operations, troubleshooting, system administration, and technology support, ensuring smooth and secure day-to-day IT functioning across the organization. This role requires a strong technical foundation, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, monitor, and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, including servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.
- Provide timely technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and enterprise software tools.
- Ensure data security, system integrity, and compliance with internal IT policies and best practices.
- Monitor system performance, identify issues proactively, and implement corrective or preventive measures.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for procurement, maintenance, and support of IT hardware and software.
- Maintain IT documentation, including asset inventories, system configurations, SOPs, and user guides.
- Support user onboarding and offboarding, including account setup, access management, and IT asset allocation.
- Assist in backup management, data recovery processes, and basic disaster recovery planning.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand IT requirements and recommend effective technical solutions.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems administration, and end-user computing.
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux operating systems and common enterprise software.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals such as LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Familiarity with IT security practices, access controls, antivirus tools, and data protection standards.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues efficiently.
- Experience working with ticketing systems and IT service management processes.
- Good documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in IT support, IT operations, or system administration roles.
- Industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft, CompTIA, ITIL) are a plus.
