IT Executive

Responsibilities

• Handle overall IT operations and systems, ensure secure and reliable IT infrastructure, enhance operational efficacy across the organization and liaise with HQ IT department.
• Identify and resolve IT technical problems.
• Create backup and recovery plans on IT related matters.
• Provide support to staff such as troubleshoot, install, configure and maintain of IT equipment & IT related issues (such as network, mail, etc.).
• Administer user accounts and email address.
• Develop and implement IT standards and policies.
• Evaluate existing IT systems, provide suggestions for possible upgrades and areas of improvement within IT department.
• Manage digital transformation initiatives related to document management, including the conversion of physical records into digital formats to support operational efficiency.
