Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st level end-user support for POS systems, network, hardware, and software issues across all outlets and HQ.
- Coordinate with external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Support and assist in outlet openings or renovations.
- Assist in documenting process flows, test case scenario and training guides when required.
- Provide and generate reports when required.
- Provide on-site or remote support, including after-hours or weekend response when required.
- Other ad-hoc jobs as and when required.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Information Technology, business related.
- Knowledge and working experience in IT support, POS system or similar role.
- Knowledge in SAP system is an advantage.
- Knowledge in Excel Formula skills, basic SQL query skills.
