Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st level end-user support for POS systems, network, hardware, and software issues across all outlets and HQ.
  • Coordinate with external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Support and assist in outlet openings or renovations.
  • Assist in documenting process flows, test case scenario and training guides when required.
  • Provide and generate reports when required.
  • Provide on-site or remote support, including after-hours or weekend response when required.
  • Other ad-hoc jobs as and when required.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Diploma/Degree in Computer Information Technology, business related.
  • Knowledge and working experience in IT support, POS system or similar role.
  • Knowledge in SAP system is an advantage.
  • Knowledge in Excel Formula skills, basic SQL query skills.
