IT Executive

Role Overview: We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and analytical IT Executive to join our offshore operations team. This role is not a traditional IT support position. It is a business-critical operations role that focuses on system configuration, reporting, ERP support, and data management to enable smooth day-to-day business functioning. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, manage, and distribute management reports using Power BI and Excel. Maintain and update business web portals, including item data, pricing, catalogues, and user access. Perform ERP-related activities such as bulk amendments, order releases, item creation, and system error resolution (Navision experience is a strong advantage). Investigate and resolve operational tickets and system-related queries. Coordinate with the UK stakeholders through meetings and calls.
