IT EXECUTIVE

Overview

We are looking for an IT personnel with a strong interest in software development and basic IT infrastructure support to maintain and support our internal office systems. This role is primarily software-focused, with some exposure to basic infrastructure tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support existing internal office systems (Classic ASP-based).
• Perform basic troubleshooting, bug fixing, and system maintenance.
• Assist in system enhancements and development of new internal applications.
• Provide basic IT infrastructure support (e.g. user accounts, system access, basic server or network-related tasks).
• Work with internal users to understand system issues and requirements.
• Maintain basic system and infrastructure documentation.
• Support system upgrade, migration, or modernization projects when required.
