Responsibilities

  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, operating systems, and business applications.
  • Monitoring and managing computer systems, networks, and servers to ensure optimal performance.
  • Providing technical support to staff or clients, guiding them through troubleshooting steps either face-to-face or remotely.
  • Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
  • Replacing faulty parts and performing preventive maintenance as required.
  • Creating and maintaining procedural documentation, technical reports, and supporting reporting needs for management.
  • Following technical diagrams and written instructions to repair faults or set up systems.
  • Supporting the deployment and roll-out of new applications and system upgrades.
