Responsibilities
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, operating systems, and business applications.
- Monitoring and managing computer systems, networks, and servers to ensure optimal performance.
- Providing technical support to staff or clients, guiding them through troubleshooting steps either face-to-face or remotely.
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
- Replacing faulty parts and performing preventive maintenance as required.
- Creating and maintaining procedural documentation, technical reports, and supporting reporting needs for management.
- Following technical diagrams and written instructions to repair faults or set up systems.
