Setting up accounts or laptop for new users

To maintain and help out on ERP, Cybersecurity and Industry 4.0.

Provide support for PC desktop, laptop, printers, firewall, internet configuration, access points, WIFI, switches, CCTV, door access system, email, anti-virus, network system, DNS and etc.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications. Identify computer or network equipment shortages and place orders. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
• To handle communications and coordination with IT vendors on software integration with principals and related companies to ensure system running with data accuracy.
• To coordinate, follow up and settle with suppliers/vendors on issues arising from hardware, software, system integration, repair, maintenance contract and warranty claim and etc.
