Job Description

  • Onboarding and offboarding of I.T hardware of all staff across Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand.
  • Provide technical support (in-person / remote via TeamViewer) to end users by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues promptly and effectively.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, network devices, and software applications.
  • Perform regular system maintenance tasks, including software updates, patches, and security enhancements.
  • Monitor network performance, diagnose problems, and implement necessary solutions to ensure optimal network efficiency and reliability.
  • Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, routers, switches, firewalls, and related equipment.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely resolution of IT-related issues and effective management of IT resources.
