IT Facility Manager

Job Summary

The IT Facility Manager position in Information Technology is responsible for maintaining and servicing the IT facility including, but not limited to the primary building, annex, John Lewis Hall datacenter, and IT datacenter. This includes routine maintenance of systems including: Fire alarm, fire suppression system, security alarm system, fob access system, CCTV, generator, transfer switch, UPS, etc. This position requires organization to ensure systems are maintained, inspected, and services in an appropriate time frame to ensure operations of the IT department continue without interruption. This position needs to report updates and issues to key personnel to make sure they are aware of the status of systems and make sure they are aware of issues and ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner.
