  • Proactively resolve software and hardware problems through on-site support or remote assistance by liaising with the central IT support helpdesk within a limited timeframe to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Liaise with network engineers to provide suitable network access and implement changes as per business requirements and set procedures.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to resolve issues according to SLA agreements.
  • Assist in implementing IT business applications across DHRE, providing relevant information for seamless execution during the implementation phase.
  • Gather business information for IT requirements and prepare primary reports for the team.
