  1. Proactively resolve software and hardware problems through on-site support or remote assistance by liaising with the central IT support helpdesk within a limited timeframe to ensure client satisfaction.
  2. Liaise with network engineers to provide suitable network access and implement changes as per business requirements and set procedures.
  3. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to resolve issues according to SLA agreements.
  4. Assist in implementing IT business applications across DHRE, providing relevant information for seamless execution during the implementation phase.
  5. Gather business information for IT requirements and prepare primary reports for the team.
