IT Field Support Specialist (Imaging)

What you will be doing:

• As an IT Field Support Specialist (Imaging) at Independent Software, you will play a critical role in ensuring our enterprise computing environment is fully operational and secure.


• Your primary responsibility will be deploying and configuring computer systems through Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) servers, managing both new deployments and the reimaging of recycled workstations.
• You will fulfill daily imaging and hardware requests, meticulously preparing each device with the latest operating system images, necessary software, and security configurations to meet organizational standards.
• Beyond imaging, your duties will include installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining communications equipment and peripheral devices, ensuring seamless connectivity and operational readiness throughout the enterprise.
